As my daughter is learning how to add up, I find myself devising uncountable ("how many?") exercises. Here's one for you:4 courgettes

Preheat the oven to 200 C. Decapitate the courgettes,
slice around the wobbly flesh and scoop it out with a spoon.

Stuff with sausage meat. I used Italian salsiccia.
Top with breadcrumbs and drizzle about half a teaspoon
full of olive oil over the stuffed courgettes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with a side salad.
And a few slices of cripsy bread, if you like.
Answer: 4 courgettes + 8 Italian sausages = a delicious meal.
If only maths was always that easy!
